What Activity is for
Activity in the left sidebar is the history of your workspace: "Uploads, share changes, views and agent activity in this workspace, by everyone in it." Use it to see what changed, who changed it, and what your agents did for you.
- The feed is newest first, grouped by day.
- A Live badge next to the title shows while new rows arrive as they happen.
- Uploads still under way are listed at the top under In progress, with their stage, until they finish.
- Notifications → in the header takes you to what is still waiting on you. Activity is history; notifications are things to act on. See Notifications and visit briefs.
Filter by kind
The first set of chips picks what kind of activity you see:
- All: everything.
- Uploads: uploads, imports, replaced PDFs, processing and failed processing, and summaries.
- Sharing: links created, changed, revoked or restored; passwords set, cleared or revealed; and your answers to download requests.
- Documents: documents added, saved from someone's link, renamed, archived or unarchived, deleted or restored, saved copies updated, and documents kept inside a project or listed in the workspace again.
- Projects: projects created, changed, deleted or restored, and documents added to or removed from a project.
- Tags: tags applied and removed.
- Contacts: contacts added and notes updated.
- Integrations: Slack and Google Drive connected or disconnected, agents connected or disconnected, agent keys, and changes to an agent's Drive access.
- Views: what readers did: views, downloads, project visits, readers identified, passwords entered, visit briefs and download requests received.
- Your requests: download requests you made on other people's links, and how each one ended: Sent, Approved, Declined, Taken back, No answer or Downloaded.
- Members: people invited, joined, left or removed.
- Account: plan changes, payment problems, limits reached, credits running out, and account deletion or workspace reset and restore.
Filter by who
The Who chips narrow any of the above:
- Everyone: all of it.
- Me: what you did yourself in the app. Not what your agents did, and not your own visits to your links.
- Teammates: what other members did in the app. On Free this chip carries a Pro tag ("Collaborators are a Pro feature") and opens the upgrade window instead of filtering. See Teams and workspaces.
- Agents: anything done through an agent or API connection, whoever's key it used.
The N connected status beside Agents in the sidebar opens Activity with Agents already picked. See Connect your agent.
The Last 30 days card
Above the feed, a card sums up the last 30 days. The window is fixed and can't be changed. Days run midnight to midnight in the workspace's time zone, so everyone in it sees the same days; see Teams and workspaces.
- Under All it counts work done in the workspace: Documents added, Replaced, Links created, Archived or deleted and Projects created.
- Under any other chip it shows that chip's own counts. For example, Views shows Views, Downloads, Project visits, Readers identified, Passwords entered, Visit briefs and Download requests.
- With a filter on, the heading names it (for example Last 30 days · Views). Under most filters the card says "Only what the filters above select." Under Views it says "What readers did with your links. Each document's detail is on Metrics."
- A line chart under the counts shows each count by day.
- A pie shows who did the work: People against each agent, with the smallest agents grouped as "N other agents". It appears only when more than one of them did something in the window. Slices of 15% or more show their share inside the slice; the legend beside it lists every share.
Under All, views and downloads are not counted: they are how your documents performed, not work done in the workspace. Find them on Metrics. See Analytics.
The card is hidden when there is nothing to count under the chips you picked.
Reading a row
- A reader's row (opened, finished reading, introduced themselves, entered a password, confirmed their address, downloaded or asked to download, arrived in a project) names the link they came through, as "via" and the link's name: its label, else its audience, else Default link. A project link reads as its name followed by "(project link)". Click the link's name to open that link's own analytics. A link that has since been deleted is not named.
- Click a reader to open their reader page. Click a member's or an agent's name to see everything they did.
Activity for one project or one document
A project has its own feed: click Activity in the project header. A document has one too: open its history and choose the Activity tab. See Projects and Versions and history.
